Rule 71
Can instruct to negotiate in good faith
: (1) If the collective bargaining committee or employer or employer association that submits collective demands refuses to negotiate or if negotiations are not conducted in good faith, the aggrieved party may apply to the department to negotiate in good faith.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-rule (1), the department may instruct the parties to negotiate in good faith.
